Excellent service
Lovely soft leather and well fitting
I initially purchased a size 14 in this jacket as reviews on this and other jackets on this site said to size up. I am normally a 10-12. 14 was far too big and so sent back for a 12 which was exchanged very promptly without any problems.
The size 12 was much smaller than the 14, it still zips up but only just, however, as i love the jacket so much I have kept it and hope that over time it shall give slightly.
Really pleased with the jacket and the service, however, the size chart needs to be looked at. My daughter is a size 8-10, so I ordered a 10 it was far too small so ordered the 14. On arrival it certainly didn’t appear to be two sizes bigger.
Very easy, no hassle ordering with a fast delivery. The leather jacket itself is wonderful! It’s exactly as described, well made and of a high quality. It’s got that lovely new leather smell to it, as you would expect. The sizing is always a concern when buying clothes on line but it was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
