Deliveries and returns
- CHRISTMAS RETURNS ARE EXTENDED, ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM 1-NOVEMBER 2019 CAN BE RETURNED TILL 31-JANUARY-2020
Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation email, the email will include your delivery/ billing address and the item you have ordered + quantity.
UK standard delivery service is free of charge, we provide express delivery options on checkout, for next day delivery service your order must be placed before 12:00 pm (GMT).
UK Couriers: DPD/ UPS/ PARCELFORCE/ FedEx
Europe & Rest of The World Couriers: DHL/DPD/UPS
Our couriers require signature for any deliveries, so please have someone available, if a calling card is left because no one was there, you can call the couriers and they will re-arrange the delivery with you (Details for couriers can be found with card left)
No parcels can be re-directed once shipment details have been confirmed.
House of Leather will not incur any charges as a result of taxes or charges in certain countries as this is the liability of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
As mentioned in our FAQs our returns and exchanges the following also applies.
All goods can be refunded or exchanged (Within 30 Days of purchase) as long as the packaging and condition of the product returned to us is of that we sent to the purchaser, however there are no refunds or exchanges on used item/s, or damaged item/s..
Any returns that are the result of our error such as if we sent the wrong item, size, colour etc… we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other reason returning items will be at the buyer’s expense.
Also to have that peace of mind you have up to 30 days of the purchase date to return your goods. (Only if in same condition and packaging as sent to purchaser and as mentioned NOT on used item/s)
The return parcel is solely the responsibility of the purchaser, unless requested a pick up from our couriers, which will be subject to delivery charges.
Please note any order cancellations will need to be noticed to us via e-mail within 14 days of purchase date with return product number. Failure to do so may result in exceeding your return cool of period and subject to non-refund.

(1) Who Will Deliver My Order/s and When?
At House of Leather we handle quality with only quality couriers, hence we use one of the best courier services in the world, all orders we sent are fully traceable. All orders are dispatched during business working days which are Mon-Fri (Excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Festive Holidays). All Orders before 12:00 Mon-Fri are dispatched the very same day, any orders after 12:00 are dispatched the following business working day, Also all our deliveries are FREE within mainland United Kingdom, and delivery's are between 1-2 working days.
All orders delivered via our couriers are signed for, so please arrange for someone to be able to sign for the goods and if in any instance no one could be present the couriers will leave a calling card, where you can contact them directly and re-arrange the delivery date/time.
(2) Whom Do You NOT Accept Order/s From?
We do not believe in NOT accepting order/s from anyone, anywhere, we deliver all around the world, however because couriers charges are not within our hands, delivery charges can vary from Europe to rest of the world, but rest assure these charges are the most competitive and is a result of years of successful continued business relations.
(3) Confused About Refunds & Exchanges?
Don’t Worry! we can refund and exchange all items, all we request is you send the item back to us in the same packaging and condition we sent it to you WITHIN 30 days of purchase date (All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched to customers). We reserve the right to refuse 'Refunds' on all used Item/s.
Orders that are returned to us which are NOT faulty will be refunded plus initial delivery charges and when exchanges are processed it will be subject to delivery charges.
(4) Customer Security & Payments?
House of Leather will take payment via on-line sales [incl. Standard VAT] using Credit Cards, Debit cards: We accept all Major Credit & Debit cards
Credit verified orders will be confirmed by email. Unverified orders will be notified by email.
House of Leather reserves the right to refuse any order.
All orders are carried out in sterling; orders placed are confirmed via e-mail and dispatched upon bank receiving clear funds
