Reasonable quality for the price

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. It’s decent quality for the price. There’s a little more detail on the back than I was expecting. Fits nicely having gone up a size.

Nice jacket but sizes small

Really prompt delivery and someone answered the phone straight away when I had to ask for an exchange, which was sent within 3 days. Jacket looks really nice, well lined and good quality. I’m 5.8 and 59kgs, usually size 10 on top for arms length, so I had ordered a size 12 but I could barely close it around the hip area. So I got a size 14 and it fits perfectly! But it doesn’t look like a size 14 to me. The sizes run small.
