- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- We include a returns form inside the package with details on how to return goods, you can use that form to return orders, you wouldn't need to inform us beforehand.

Great waistcoat, true black and quality leather . Second waistcoat we have had from House of Leather, ordered the Burgundy version just over a year ago and would highly recommend. Delivery was great, no problem whatsoever and came very well packaged. Will certainly be ordering again in the future.
Excellent quality product.
Waistcoat was a tad to big but the returns and exchange policy is simple and very quick. Nothing was to much trouble, they deliver their service just like they were the receiving customer.

Great quality and lovely soft leather waistcoat.The size guide unfortunately seemed to be way out. Ordered an XL as I'm a 42 inch chest. It was far too large. Supplied my pit to pit measurements and ended up with a medium.No problem changing but did have to pay for the return. Very pleased with replacement. Might even order another in a different colour. Good efficient company.
