Returns
EXTENDED Christmas returns, orders placed from 1st November 2025 can be returned to us till 31st January 2026.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
We include a returns form inside the package with details on how to return goods, you can use that form to return orders, you wouldn't need to inform us beforehand.
